Online Report Retrieval

In an effort to better serve the citizens of Fort Smith, we are offering online reports. The online report page will allow citizens to retrieve a free copy of their police report by filling out a short form. Please allow seventy-two (72) hours after filing your report before attempting online retrieval. The time delay allows the information to be entered into the system for electronic retrieval. Thank you for your time and patience. You will be required to have these three items in order to retrieve your report: 1) Your Call for Service number, 2) Your Last Name, as well as 3) The Date the report was taken. These items will be on a small slip of paper the officer will provide to you after taking the information to complete the report. When you click on the link to the right, be sure you completely fill out the search form. The date must be entered in MM/DD/YY format in order to return any records.

Accident Reports: Please note the implementation date for Accident Reports Online was November 14, 2003. If you need to retrieve a copy of an accident that occurred prior to this date, it will not be available online.

In the event you are unable to retrieve your report online, print the page where no records were found with your search criteria. Bring the page with you to the police department where someone will be able to assist you.
