The Narcotics Division contains both Vice and Narcotics investigators. The division is designed to handle crimes dealing with illegal drug activity,
alcohol beverage permits, sexually oriented businesses and other subversive activities within the city.
In the event you smell a strong chemical odor in your neighborhood there is a possibility the odor may be related to the manufacture of illegal drugs.
